Tyler Masters

Mr. Tyler is a seasoned HR and organizational development professional with over a decade of experience helping leaders strengthen their people, processes, and strategic performance. Before joining Ignite Global Business, he worked as an HR Consultant, partnering with companies across technology, healthcare, logistics, municipal government, private equity, and nonprofit sectors to improve organizational effectiveness and build strong talent systems.

His work has included leading organizational assessments, redesigning hiring and onboarding processes, developing leadership and manager training programs, conducting compensation and workforce studies, and guiding teams through major operational transitions. Known for his ability to bring clarity, connection, and collaboration to complex challenges, Mr. Tyler excels at translating strategy into practical, people-centered solutions.

He holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Political History. Mr. Tyler lives in Bentonville with his dog, Millie Mae, and is passionate about helping young people discover their strengths, build confidence, and step into their future with purpose.

Kristi Wieser

Mrs. Wieser brings 40 years of business and leadership experience to Ignite. As Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, she led delivery teams supporting major multinational retailers and served on both the CEO’s Executive Leadership Team and the Americas Services Leadership Team.

Before Toshiba, she spent over three decades at IBM, gaining extensive experience in executive project management, client strategy, global delivery, business development, and P&L leadership. She is known for building strong client relationships, leading complex initiatives, and integrating high-performing, cross-functional teams.

She holds multiple professional certifications, including PMI-PMP and IBM Executive Project Manager, and earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Concordia College.

Mrs. Wieser and her husband, Don, live in Springdale. Their son, Tommy, and daughter-in-law, Angela, are both Ignite alumni now pursuing medical careers—making Ignite a true Wieser family tradition.
